Where appropriate we will also note team members responsible for steps and stages as well as time line benchmarks such as “test webinar tech 48 hours before preview call” or “email campaign loaded and tested 1 day before course opens for early buyers.”
The Playbook that comes out will be your record of what your ideal launch looks like and may also include templates for your messaging, copies of your graphics, logos, API integration details and sales goals if the client has existing resources to incorporate. With this Playbook you’ll be able to go through the launch with a complete plan, noting when adjustments are needed and relaunch a new or existing program with a complete plan in place.
If located in one of our project management software systems, the Playbook can also include details on due dates and the team members responsible for tasks so the template can be copied for future launches.
